Lab5 _Our Portrait

    In this lab #5 , I use Photoshop Cs5 and in this lab I also was studying of Andy Warhol Portraits. So now in this lab I had to take a picture of myself and with Photoshop I had to make a Portrait. And well I took and I had to start a new project in my Photoshop, then I wrote on top " Marco Flores my name , on the button Visual Design Fall 1012 , also in the button of that i wrote " Lab 5 ". Then I had to place my pictures in four different places and then I stared. So I went to Layer and I put New Fill Layer and then I put Solid Color. So when I did that the background of the picture well stay the same and then I had to select myself so I can put different color as well I had to make it in like a portrait of using Filter Gallery. Plus I did that to all the 4 of them. 

Also I think I did a good job in this lab, because I need what to do and I did a Portrait of myself trying to do it with different colors each one. And I think it looks a little bit of professional looking because I try my best and it looks like a Portrait, as well yes it needs a little of improvement and I like it because the colors that I use. Plus this would help me in the future by learning how to edit a picture and making it into a Portrait. I learn how to use the Filer Gallery and in the future I will learn how to do it very well. And like that am learning more and more about Photoschop how to use it very well as well finally here is my portrait of myself.

Lab4_10 Different Adjustments

        In this lab# 4 , I working with the program Photoshop Cs5 and this lab was 10 Different Adjustments. And my teacher Mrs.Ramirez gave us a photo of a puppy next to a window also we had to play with it. But not only play with it we had to use different adjustments also i had to name it. Like for an explain I had to write also how much I put on the adjustment. Also I think I did a little bit good because I had to use 10 adjustments and I only had 7. I didn't know that I only use 7 adjustment , but next time I need to do more job than this. This lab will help me in the future in different ways also my editing a picture in Photoshop and also in other things.

Also what I think about final my product is that I did a good job like I use the 10 Different Adjustment that my teacher told me to use and no its not professional looking because I didn't place the layers well. As well I think it needs about a little improvement of the colors also I can improve it maybe by switching different adjustments. In the other hand I like is that I learn how to use different adjustments plus this can help me in the future if i had to do a job like editing a picture I would to use the adjustments right.Like if their is a picture that needs to be edit I can do that or like of the picture needs color balance well I could change the color. Or if the picture is to dark I can make it brightness so the picture can look like normal. Not only I can do that I can also do only things with this new adjustments that i learn in Photoshop and I can still keep using.

Lab3_Mask and Image Adjustment

     In this Lab #3 I use Photoshop Cs5 , but  this was a different from the other labs I did. In this lab my teacher Ms.Ramirez gave us a picture of a puppy on top of a rock and there was the beach. So the point of this lab was to make a second puppy next to it and it had to be the same. Also in this lab I had to use the The Lasso tool,The Polygonal Tool,and Magnetic Tool. And I had to do selection of the puppy so when I cut it their would be a same puppy next to it. As well I had to be care with the shadow of the puppy , so I had to zoom in so I can take awake the shadow. Now with the puppy's hair I had to Refine Edge and so I can cut his/her hair. Also I had to put 3 masks , one was about only the beach without the puppy , the second was only the puppy but with a white background , and the third one is only the puppy by itself.

    And I think I did really good in this lab with the Mask and Image Adjustment, also with the masks of the puppy. Well I didn't had that much problems in this lab and it all was about the selections and the cut of the puppy. As well I think this lab might help me in the future by using The Lasso tool,The Polygonal Tool,and Magnetic Tool. Plus if the picture that I cut wasn't the way I wanted i can use the Refine Edge to edit it more. As well I learn how to do 2 type's of masks in a picture and I also learn how to copy layers fast. As well I think about my final product is that I did a good job by using the tools I had to use and it looks professional looking if you see it like normal, but if you zoom in you can see a little of mistakes. I think yes it needs a little of improvement where is the puppy's feet and  I can improve this by using the tools more careful. Finally I like it about it is that I did a good job of making a second picture of the puppy.

Lab2_Melon Head

In Lab #2 , I use Photoshop Cs5 to make a Melon Head , and this was a fun lab that we did and

also we had to use a lot of different fruits to create a Melon Head. Well I first had to cut the fruits , so it can be  separate. Also i had to do it one by one and the fruits had to be very good cut and if it wasn't it wouldn't come out that well. Also to do that i had to use some tools like The Magic Wand tool,The lasso tools, and The Quick Selection tool. So when I was done with that I had to use my own creative to make a Melon Head. And I think I did a not/good job of doing this second lab,because I didn't had the time to finish it.Also if I had more time maybe I would finish my creation Melon Head and it would came out while better and than one I did.

     And I think my final product was not good, well I didn't finish with the fruits that I didn't cut , also no it's not professional looking because I didn't finish and I needed to add more fruits.In the other had yes it needs improvement , it needs all the fruits that we had to use to make a Melon Head. I can improve it by putting all the fruits and using my ideas to make a different Melon Head from everyone and what I like is that I use some fruits and I made a Face of a Melon Head.Finally this lab that I did would help me in different ways in the future.Well this lab was about my creation image that I can do with those fruits. Also in this class I need to have a good creative pictures or I could do anything thing format into other thing with the same parts. As well next thing I would finish any project,lab or anything with Photoshop because know that I learn those tools how they work I can use them more faster. As well am learning more on this Photoshop program and next time if i have to do a face of fruits I would do it more faster and with more of my creation.

Lab1_Photography Point Of View

   In Lab 1 ,  I started to work with Photoshop Cs5  using the cameras to take picture of different point of view. In this lab we went outside of our school and take pictures of different point of view pictures like from Close-up,Landscape,Low Angle Point Of View,High Level Point Of View, Portrait,and Eye-level Point Of View. And also we had to save it on our computers and then we had to describe what point of view is it. But I named the point of view not by writing on Photoshop , but i had to wrote in Microsoft Word and then i had to take a picture of it like a screen shot. And well I think I did a good job in this my first lab, also I made a mistake. Because in the middle-upper photo I wrote the wrong point of view word, I wrote Landspace when it had to be Landscape.
  I didn't see that mistake until I was done with the lab , but the good thing I finish it and all of the other parts were done. And I don't think my first lab was professional looking because I did some mistakes. In the other hand I can improve this by next time checking everything if it's right spell.  And what I like about this lab is that i use Photoshop and I took pictures with my camera of different point of views. Plus I think this lab that I did in class the Photography Point Of View would help me in the future in some ways. One way can be that if I get a job and if I had to take pictures but with those 6 type's of Point Of View i would know what to do. Or if the company that i would work would tell me to take pictures of some Landscape I would have a good idea of what to do. And not only that in this lab I learn a lot of Photography Point Of View.
